I was aimlessly roaming the halls, searching for Lacey. She's my best friend of 4 years. As I'm searching. I hear a familiar voice on the intercom.

River Esposito kept her hood up and her head down. She just wants to get through her freshman year peacefully. She thought she's be okay until her best friend told the whole school of what happened to her father. After that, she moved in with her aunt in another state. She changed herself and put up walls that no one has been able to break. She doesn't take anyone's shit anymore. She only shows emotion towards her new best friend, mom, aunt, and older brother. 3 yeas later, she's back to finish her senior year. Her plan is to keep a low profile with her best friend, Cameron Paige, and graduate. But a certain bad boy may be in the way of that.
Jesse Kodak is the trouble maker of the school. The bad boy. When River comes back, he's attracted towards her. He's determined to break down her walls and find out why she left.
