Hinata Hyuga, abandoned by her clan was taken in by Sakura's family and lived happily for many years, training and refining their skills as kunoichi. Sakura Haruno, a now skilled medical ninja considered Hinata her sister and loved her family.However, one day Hinata and Sakura are forced to flee to Konoha when Sakuras mother is murdered and her father mysteriously disappears, leaving the girls with only each other and a note from the murderers with the kunoichis death dates written on them. 

Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha, orphaned and practically brothers, now the two strongest ninja in the world, assigned to protect the kunoichi fleeing for their lives. They may be strong but can they truly protect what is most precious to them?
