Saving Cupcake

"No! Stop it! I don't want your help Jason!" I yell at him trying to get away as quickly as possible.

"Why can't you just let me be your hero? Why can't I save you?" He says to me in a soft voice I never knew could come out of him. I stopped in my tracks only to push him away from getting too close to me.

"I don't need saving thank you very much." I told him harshly whilst furiously wiping the hot tears of my tear stained cheeks.

He then comes up to my shaking body and hugs me so tightly that it reminds me of her.

"Oh but sweetheart, you do."
