This is a story about an 18 year old girl called Lindah Oldsworth who grew up in West Virginia. She was living an ordinary life with her family and friends but first and far most with her long time best friend Bertha. They had known each other since they were still little kids and thinks were about to get interesting with her waiting to go to college by the end of summer. She had recently found a job which later proved to be the biggest mistake that will cost her, her life.
