Dragatina is the Princess of Dragonkind but due to having a human mother, she is able to go back and forth. When Frankie Stein starts at Monster High though, she is unable to take on her dragon side, and because of that looks like a Normie. Since she is allowed into Monster High because of who her father is, she paints her skin to make her look like a monster. She learns the hard way that not accepting who you are won't allow you to be the monster you're always supposed to be and after she does, she's able to help other Ghouls and Mansters understand that their freaky flaws make them equally unique, because they are who they are.All Rights Reserved
