This is a rewrite of a story I never finished. I plan to finish this one and I plane for it to be different from the original. I claim all rights to all the characters in this, all of them are fake and even if they have similar names and/or appearances to real people they are not based off those people. But if people want to draw stuff or make forms of fan art (which is very unlikely) go ahead. Also one of the reasons I write is to see what couples people want in the story so comment pairing if you see any that could arise or leave ideas. I love feed back, good and bad.All Rights Reserved

From now on I shall be called Zyra and you have the honor to adress me as your Queen." Follow Zyra in her new life as the Queen of her very own swarm. But she had to accept it, even though it didn't make any sense to her. Megan had been with her mother every step of the way since everything turned to chaos, beginning just a year before, and now she was nowhere to be seen. And on top of that, she had the zeds to deal with. Ghastly creatures that used to be human, carrying a virus that's spread through a constant hunger for flesh from the host, spreading through bites and scratches. It didn't exactly make it easy to prevent getting infected. Things could have been worse, though, Megan thought. She could've been left all alone to ponder over her thoughts and fear over the future. It'll only be within the time spent with the new group will she find out that everything's not as happy and welcoming as it had seemed. These people had a few secrets of their own, including the real reason they took Megan in. This is actually my first time making a story. Every criticism helps. The story later on will start to make less sense as it goes on, but hey! My story, my lore. By the way, there are some...lewdness and "romance" as the story goes on as well, I regret my life. Anyways, hope you enjoy and...yeah! This is actually originally set for me and my cousin, I made him obsessed with stories and he made me obsessed in writing. Karma comes fast. By the way, some parts are references or inspired by games, movies, or other books I've read. I'm not stealing other people's stuff, that's stealing and I do not condone such acts. Anyways, enjoy! (Update: I just received an amazing cover for...this book of mine. I do not deserve such artistic/editing talent such as this. Needless to say, the person who did this has my upmost gratitude. Unfortunately, all thanks I can do is a tribute character and a thanks in the description. Her name is "Camille" from what I've heard. Such an underrated editor/artist. I do not know her social media account, so this is a waste of time, but...still, thank you) (To those who has an attention span of an eagle, I have to discontinue both of my dead ahead books for: Reason 1: The plot is starting to sound a bit stupid, then again, I was a rookie on story making at the time. Reason 2: It doesn't align with the canonical chapters that started when Ray was at Japan. Reason 3: I'm thinking of remaking this though, with a better plot this time. Stay tuned, I guess. I will mark both books as completed, but make no mistake, it ends at a cliffhanger like every walking dead episodes after Negan.)
