COMING SOON Sierra, a sweet girl from Tampa Florida has a steady high-school life. With a good relationship with her parents, an inseparable group of friends and solid grades, the world seems to always be on her side. Not to mention Cole, her loving, reliable boyfriend who conveniently has lived next to Sierra their whole lives. The two have had an unremitting relationship since freshman year with no sign of it subsiding anytime soon. That is until Sierra gets an unexpected new neighbor two weeks before summer ends. Dawson, who moved all the way from Hawaii, sparks Sierra's interest when she faces him the day of his arrival. Given his charming personality and mysterious past, Sierra is instantly curious. With a budding new friendship to start off the school year, Sierra is ecstatic to get to know Dawson. Trouble arises when Dawson accidentally finds himself in front of a door with Cole and Veronica, the most popular girl in school, on the other side. Now with a secret weighing on his shoulders, Dawson is faced with a choice. Why is Cole with someone like Veronica? Will he tell Sierra the damaging news or keep it to himself to avoid hurting the girl he just moved next to?

Elysa Degras' junior year of high school has been off to a rocky start. Soccer practices have been kicking her butt, her advanced math class has really been kicking her butt, and her history teacher just blackmailed her into joining the school's (ultra nerdy) Quiz Bowl team. And if that wasn't bad enough, her recent budding attraction to her best friend has also been complicating her life. Especially since she went and lied about it, blurting some preposterous nonsense about having a secret boyfriend to try and explain all her recent weird behavior. In an attempt to salvage the situation and save her friendship, she decides to enlist the help of one of her brother's friends to pose as the supposed new boyfriend, but there's something more than a little suspicious about Luke Haywood, and it's not just his unnerving ability to make their relationship seem anything but fake. She's almost positive he's hiding something, and with everything else spiraling dangerously out of control, she can't afford to leave his secret in the dark.
