Maybe not as noticeable for Goku, but for Zamasu, he was highly intrigued. Caught in a lapse of mindset. He saw most as inferior, yet a part of him hummed in the presence of Goku, a Saiyan he saw as a brute. Even so, there was no denying his growing curiosities as well as his flaring heart whenever his mind lingered. Caught between his own growing questions and his stated duties, he comes to a conclusion somewhere in his own emotions. He truly does not believe in the existence of those unworthy, but believes Goku is superior to all. So he does the unthinkable. What better way to give himself the ultimate weapon while sorting his own feelings, by none other than making Goku his; and his alone. The hero for the worthless planet; Earth.
