Amelie tried to stay away as far as possible, from any possible danger. 
She was good in school, nice to everyone and helped her mother with the laundry. 
But one night, this one damned night, she went down to the basement of the apartment building and found the ring from her neighbour Ariana, who seemed to live beside her for as long as she remembered and even longer. The ring showed her another world, a world she thought only existed in books and movies.
