It is that time of the year again, when the streets are crowded and the trees are laced with feathers of snow. The joy of Christmas is all that matters to most. But not to Avery Grey. Since her father became passive and her mother died years ago, Avery has been lying to herself, contradicting her own opinions, battling with multiple mindsets that form within her. She does this on impulse, but when things get out of hand, she cannot distinguish the truth from the lies. What will happen if she cannot let go of the truth and destroy the lies? What will happen if she can't set her life back in place? What if she cannot become Avery Grey again?

"It's our time to make a move. It's our time to make amends. It's our time to break the rules. Let's begin."-X Ambassadors, Renegades. ----------------------------------- Life is hard and it will most likely never get better... Willow learned this lesson early on, all thanks to her Dad leaving, her Mother dying, and her abusive Step-Father. To her, life was just hell on a loop. Then, just when she thought things couldn't be worse, the worst happens. It causes her and her best friend-Daniel, to take the trip of a lifetime. Will they find what they are looking for? Or will life be cruel and send them backward instead of forwards... Find out in Angel, the story 13-year-old me wrote. (completed)
