Sometimes I just need a way to express how I feel when I can't put it into words, I'm sure we all feel that way whether you're a teen or young adult. Mental health deserves to be heard, you deserve to be heard.

The depths of my mind and dialogue of it all. My thoughts. My fakeness. My lies. My confessions. My Raw mental conversations. My weakness. My complicated life. The nonsense that creeps up in my head when I'm thinking. There is no need to understand. There is no need to feel pity. This is Thursday.

As a person who overthinks all the time my mind flows with my most precious thoughts, always seeking to create everlasting essays that shape me. There's beauty in honesty, and that's what I want to bring to every piece. I read each of my thoughts as poems. Read however you my feel the words should be read. My mind is an everlasting poem. This collection of poetry is my story. This is all the things I struggle or struggled with within myself, and most of these things I've overcome. The purpose of this collection is to help y'all understand that you're not alone. Enjoy.

This is where I let everything out-the chaos, the silence, the things I can't say out loud. It doesn't judge, doesn't ask why, doesn't need explanations. It just exists, ready to catch whatever spills from my mind, whether it's broken pieces or fleeting moments of joy. It feels like talking to someone who's always there but never speaks, just listens-and somehow, that's enough.
