United States. 2029. Years after the nuclear wars began the country found themselves at a loss. They were no where close to the win. That was until the new leader of the country, Korse, discovered the gifted exist. The gifted were those with special abilities such as controlling the weather or creating fire with their hands. He began to collect those that were gifted. A mission only at risk from two cousins. The most powerful gifted of all. Emily with fire and Colin with lightning.
