In the town of South Park things have changed since everyone grown up. Most people parents left there kids and gave them there family homes. And Butters has open up his own flower shop in town. Kenny went to the city when he turned 16, he need to make money, get a better education, and most imporantly get away from his parents. But now he 23 and he moved back to South Park to open his own tattoo parlor, that right next to Butter flower shop. What will happen to these two old friends that finally meet again?
