In this story you are a Pro-Hero that was transferred to a different city. 
Upon arriving at the new city you find that the other Pro-Hero protecting this city is Shouto, spelled with the Kanji meaning "Hot" and "Cold", Endever's son and successor.  
 
He is hesitant to have a partner in the city at first, overtime you make him freeze in place and melt his heart.
Til he couldn't let you Get Away.
