BOOK ONE: THE LOST SOULS. On her sixteenth birthday, Lara Flynn, who lives feeling misunderstood in the rigidity of a corrupt society of a desperate mining city that lives in the shadow of its own past, is told by her uncle, Isaac, to run away from home after seeing her mother get murdered by the corrupt government after Lara informed of her arranged marriage. Lara obeys her uncle, and runs away from all that she knows with her few possessions, until she gets caught up in a chase that changes her life forever, and she finally finds what she has always been looking for, after all this time. Lara finds herself in a fantasy world led by the stars, fate and family, unknown to the human race, yet in power over every human soul in the world of Greater Denvernia. Was it her destiny to find herself here? Or was she meant to be here all along?

**COMPLETED*** This is book 2 and can be read as a standalone but I recommend you read "Fated" first. Something caught my eye and when I looked up in the mirror I saw Rykan stepping inside, shutting the door and sliding the lock in place. My heart hammered in my chest as he approached me. I hate having to write these... I don't know how to describe a book I haven't finished yet. But, based on what I have, here it goes. Please, keep in mind, this is book two of the trilogy.
