Charlie is knows to be a pain in the ass to most people. She doesn't follow the rules, and she does what she wants when she wants. She's had a tough life due to her being intersex but she doesn't let that get her down. She has a big ego and loves to get under peoples skins. Her parents died when she was 13 years old.
