I've never been the type of person to talk about how I'm feeling, I bottle it up like I'm sure most people do. But when I turned sixteen my father bought me a notebook with paper planes printed on the front of it and told me to write everything down, no matter how small and no matter how much I thought it didn't matter.
So here is a collection of my thoughts, some deep and dark and others that make me smile remembering how I felt in that moment.
