She was a good girl. She had places and dreams that she wanted to achieve. She wanted to finish college and explore the world. Everything stopped when she opens the door.
" Hey Lani can you get door?" Her brother yells.
"Why can't you?"
" I'm a little busy right now" he says in a distressed voice.
" ugh fine" she said stomping down the stairs. Turning to see what her brother was doing that was so important, but was disappointed when it was about a video game.
"Really mike, really?"
"What? I'm almost at level 45!"
"Ugh I hate you"I said.
The door bell kept ringing and ringing.
"Alright, alright I'm going"
Something told her this was gonna make her regret opening up this door she just knew it.
" hold on let me get my purs-" she stopped dead in her tracks and slammed the door close.
She ran back into the house and told her brother that it was best for him to get the door.
He looked at he confused and asked why she couldnt just get it, and she turns to him and says
"Because you idiot that guy out there"

I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace.
