The Midoriya brothers had always been close and valued and supported one another and always dreamed of becoming a hero and attending U.A. High however only one of them discovered they had a Quirk and that was the eldest brother Kamui.

Izuku was Quirkless and was bullied for it which led Kamui to unlock his that resulted in him lashing out at the ones who bullied his little brother resulting in him beating the bullies down badly to the point they were sent to the hospital with serious injuries and which led young Kamui in a lot of trouble sending him to maximum youth detention center.

This is where he learned to control his as one of the wardens who was a retired hero saw that the boy had a powerful Quirk and if controlled he could become a powerhouse. The warden trained the boy in using and controlling his power by the time he was 16 where he not only was free from the detention center he also got a recommendation by the warden to take a full ride to U.A. which he accepted.

However both him and Izuku wouldn't know that the U.A. Entrance exam would be the day that the two brothers would be reunited once more.
