Backstory:
After years of political warfare, a new system is created. Gone with democracy, corporate companies now rule the world in a new form of monarchy. With the genetic creation of noxians, humans with black blood running through their veins, the world is now divided into 2, Noxia vs Roxia. They are able to heal faster, run faster, live longer and are immune to any sort of illnesses, unlike Roxians, just regular human beings. However every 20 years, a Roxian will be able to change their entire faith by competitive the the tournament of champions.

Born without any magical abilities, Rebel, now renamed as Noxia, manages to defy all expectations and win the tournament of champions. However her victory would be short lived as her name is somehow registered into the crucible. Fighting for her life yet again, she learns about the unexpected history of her past and why she's being targeted by both gods and humans combined.
Agent 11, a Black Viper, has been sent out on a mission to identify a girl of unknown origins. Under the guardianship of Pluto himself, he has 5 years to observe and report back to Olympus about his findings, only to realise that he isn't the only one in charge of identifying the mysterious girl.
