Anna-Maria Cromwell is a spy commander on the Finalizer. All of the First Order's spy come from a planet called Nebula, which you can find more about in the prologue, but to summarise it shortly it's the First Order's most powerful ally (as in alliance but spelling sucks ill improve it promise) the general decides to look into the so called "Spy Master" of the galaxy that works under him on his own ship.
