Struggling from ptsd from "almost" being shot and trying to figure out how the hell she wasn't shot, Emberley is trying to make it through the year. No matter how hard she tries, she can't forget what happened and what almost happened. New people arise and seam to know something she doesn't. Those include two total hotties named Jeremy and his cousin, Emily. Emberley is trying to uncover hidden mysteries about herself and those around her.
A romance triangle, self identity about both of who and what she is, and a thrilling tale make up Emberleys life but if she is not careful, everything she loves will be brutally ripped away from her.
