On vacation with his family, Dawson was having the time of his life. No worries, no responsibility, no problem. But  when his very catholic parents find his private diary, full of everything he's ever thought  since he realized he was gay, his whole world comes crashing down.
     His parents disown him. In mexico. By himself. They leave him on the sandy beaches of Cancun, Mexico, and the funny thing is, is that it's pride weekend. The one weekend of the year where he finally feels that he belongs.
