For The Love of Murder

The Circut City Police Department have their jobs cut out for them when a merciless killer takes to the streets killing thousands, and cleaning the bodies and murder scenes. The mysterious killer Xenos cleans the bodies and stitches their wounds which form an x, before returning the body to the original spot it was murdered. The C.C.P.D. had their own secret weapon though and will apprehend this killer if it takes them everything they have. What might happen if their "secret weapon" found something special and new with the killer? What happens if the C.C.P.D. is left to solve this troubling case all on their own?
