READ THIS DESCRIPTION BEFORE READING THE FANFICTION! Every character has their own story. Brenda's is especially unique. Follow Brenda as she relives her memories of growing up with and away from WICKED, discovers herself in the scorch, and makes a new family for herself. 


I'm so excited to be writing this fanfic and I hope y'all enjoy! All characters belong to the wonderful James Dashner from his book series The Maze Runner. This will be mostly based off of the movies but obviously elements of the books will come through. Also, the whole idea of this fanfiction was that you're just kinda thrown into it. Kinda like the TMR books. You just gotta pick up on what it is and reading the description really helps understand it from the get go. Sorry if you hate it, just, don't voice it because I don't care. Short Summary Newt, Cara, and the rest of the group are rescued from the maze. Cara is given her memories back right before her, Newt and the group escape the WICKED facility. Her loyalty to her friends wavers but she soon realizes that she no longer wants to work for WICKED despite Teresa trying to convince her otherwise. They try to escape the grasp of WICKED as they make their way through the Scorch in search of the Right Arm. Cara struggles with personal issues and traumas that have been brought back along with her memories. Newt tries to hold her hand every step of the way.
