Seventeen-year-old Matthias has been deaf for his entire life. He's used to living in a hearing world. He's used to overwhelming pity, well-meaning but naive waitresses with Braille menus, and "deaf kids hearing for the first time" montage videos. But being used to something and liking it are two different things. And contrary to popular belief, he likes being deaf. Just not when his parents consider wrapping him in bubble wrap and putting bars on the windows whenever he mentions wanting to see the world on his own. Not really...but really.

Kale suffers from crippling anxiety. That's not a good thing. Not when you live two thousand years in the future where that kind of stuff is supposed to be preemptively snuffed out with a single procedure at birth. Not when you have powers that can destroy an entire ecosystem if you lose control. And especially not when you're trapped in the past with an overzealous deaf boy as your only ally. While being pursued by a bloodthirsty organization looking for a key to the future. Yeah, definitely not a good thing.

Jade made a mistake. He was at the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong person. The wrong person just so happened to be from the future, he just so happened to fall in love, and then everything went suddenly, horribly wrong. Now, locked away with a ragtag group of people who possess freakish abilities, his only chance at going home is to prove what everyone thinks he isn't: normal. And with a library of secrets inside his head and a heart twisted by bitterness and regret, he can't afford to make any more mistakes.

Can three outcasts overcome their struggles and fight for who they are? Or will their differences be their downfall? In a world where everyone wants to be perfect, sometimes acceptance matters more.

My mum always used to tell me what it's like to see your mate for the first time. She used to say that at that moment, everything around you stopped, that nothing else mattered. And nothing else would matter. If it wasn't for the little girl clinging to my leg right now. That little girl that trusts me with her life, that beautiful little girl that made me hold on and not give up on life. That little girl, whose father is standing in front of me right now. He's my mate. The edges of his lips curve and he looks up and down as if checking me out. "Long time no see." Are the words that first come out of his mouth that break the silence. ~~~~~~~~~~ Lexie is an Alpha's daughter. She faces a hard few days and thinks a night at the club will help her get through this. A few drinks won't hurt, right? At least that's what she thinks. Yet that night will change everything sooner than she would ever imagine. When the next day, her pack gets attacked, everything is chaos. Her mother and father are killed and her world shatters. She's forced to run away and leave everyone that she still has left behind. She thinks she has no one... that's until she finds out about another heartbeat in her body. Raising a baby on your own is hard enough. After a few years she finally meets her mate though and it turns out she knows him after all. How will she confess that her mate is actually her daughter's father? What will happen now? We don't live in a fairy tale where every story has a happy ending though. Real world isn't that easy...if you can call a world full of mystical creatures very real.

*TO MY BELOVED READERS: PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN OLD VERSION THAT DOES NOT CONNECT WITH THE PREVIOUS TWO BOOKS (BLOOD MOON FALLS & THEA'S HOMECOMING) IN THE SOCIETY SERIES. THIS HAS BEEN RE-UPLOADED UNTIL THE REWRITE OF BOOK 3 HAS BEEN COMPLETED. UNTIL THEN, YOU CAN ENJOY THIS COMPLETED VERSION. THANK YOU.* There comes a time when someone comes along to wreak havoc in our world. They make us question everything we thought we knew. Even about ourselves. For Kale Ray, he's not so sure if, when that moment arises, is a good thing or not. Subtle moments with a certain someone, since his first arrival at Blood Moon Falls, has made him undeniably uncomfortable. His initial instinct is to leave well enough alone. Then out of the blue, Kale decides to step out of his comfort zone and do the unthinkable: Befriend Easton. But the once happy-go-lucky Werewolf won't make it so easy. After losing his twin sister seven years prior in a battle between Societal Hunters and Werewolves, Easton is now moodier than Kale's cousin, Thea, which is saying something! Helping Easton heal is a lot easier said than done with the Were's blue-eyed icy gaze, his flip-flop moments of kind gestures, and Kale trying to wrestle alcoholic beverages out of the Were's hands. Bottom line: Kale's gotta lot of work to do. But you know what the problem with mending a broken heart is...? Having no warning what that person is doing to yours. ***WARNING: MATURE CONTENT***

how far would you go . . . for someone you love? ♔ Levi steps forward, placing himself between me and Jack. Like he's protecting me from him. But I don't need protecting, certainly not from Jack. "Who do you think you are, dude?" Levi spits, getting in Jack's face. "Look, Scarlett was just helping me out with a proj-" "I'm not your dude," Jack bites, and I want to tear my hair out of my head. This is going downhill very fast. Jack turns to me. "Scar, we need to talk," he says lowly. Then loud enough for Levi to hear, "So can you please get this kid to leave." "Hey, you don't get to come in here and start ordering her around," Levi says harshly. "You don't control her." "And you think that you do?" Jack spits. ♔ When Scarlett moved off to college, she hoped to start anew and find her way in this world alone. Two problems. One: her older brother goes to the same college, and it seems like he's everywhere, keeping her from doing everything she hoped to do as a college freshman. Two: her brother's devastatingly handsome best friend also seems hell-bent on ruining her college experience . . . but in a different way. Their paths keep crossing, and Scarlett is reminded of the powerful attraction that they've both ignored for far too long. Not to mention, a new face begins to occupy everyday Scarlett's thoughts. When Scarlett is paired with an allusive, darkly handsome stranger for a film project, her world begins to open in ways she never thought possible. But as his mystery unravels into dark secrets, she wonders if she's falling a bit too hard.
