Gabe wakes up from unconsciousness laying beside a pool. The pool is full of chains. As he slowly comes out of his drugged stupor, he realizes he's in some detainment camp, but doesn't know why. He's never done anything wrong. All he knows is that he was lucky to come out of the pool alive, and has to stop whoever is putting the kids in there that don't make it out.
