It does suck. Especially when you have a hard time fitting in. Lenore Evergreen has a problem. She's the new kid and she hates that she can't fit in. Everyone is either a jerk, weird (not in the good way, I'm talking "bring your pet chicken to school" weird), obsessed with getting revenge on their ex or obsessed with being popular. Nora craves adventure and mystery and is excited when one comes to her on the first day.
