Clarissa Fray was in the institute's library one day when she came across a series of books called Harry Potter. She became fascinated with them and by the time she finished them she told Jace she wished she could live in their time.
Then one night she had a dream. In that dream an angel showed her a rune.
The next day she showed the rune to Jace, Alec, Izzy, Simon, Luke, Magnus and Maia.. they were picked up and hurled through time.
Landing at Hogwarts as 11 year old kids.
