Welcome to the two worlds of Aedan. Born in Scotland, Aedan moved to the U.S. in the year 4,755, to a world not so different from early 20th century New York. After a few years on the streets as a rough teenager, Aedan is accepted into the Keeper Academy, and trained as a deadly killer when need be, and a government agent. After a single, small incident that leaves him in debt to the Slayers, Aedan's life is changed forever. And it changes again when he meets Laria, a beautiful Greek immigrant with whom he falls head over heals in love with, and as their relationship develops, so does the corruption in the government, and the growth of the power of the Slayers. Aedan soon finds himself the America's most wanted man, and is faced with the ultimate choice between love and death or life and sorrow.
