Jack Veroni was raised in a mob family and was a failure to his family because he didn't want to be apart of the family business. When he was asked to do a task, he pissed the other mob family off and they tortured him and his family, while a corrupt cop named Sean Douglas made sure they got away with it. Jack and his family are burnt alive but Jack survives and wants revenge. But to do this he needs to become the monster inside him. Cacklejack is born and sets out to get revenge on those who wronged him, include Sean.
