Woodsfield

September 6th, 1985.

Our friend, Will Ashton, was found trying to hide Ally's dead body in a dumpster behind Woodsfield High School.

Two days later, he got released from jail. Will Ashton, you see, was innocent. Or so we thought.

I'd always think, that these people, people who I've spent nearly my entire life of seventeen years around, would never be capable of doing anything like this.

Yet, one of them happens to be a serial killer.

So from that day onwards we had an agreement. A set of unsaid rules, per say. Like not trusting anyone. Not that old lady from the bakery, not even that man who works at the grocery store down the street.

Because, as this town has proved time and time again, secrets can only be kept that way- secret- for so long.
