Exactly two years after saving New York and defeating The Shredder (once again) alongside the four mutant heroes of the city, April O'Neil's journalism career has been going stronger than ever. On the verge of receiving a promotion for a news anchor position, the reporter has been doing everything in her power to impress the station with her work. However, when a photograph captured of one of the turtles ends up in the wrong hands, she soon finds herself in a battle between protecting the identity of her friends, and moving up in her career.

Thousands of years ago, two brothers stood on opposite sides of the battlefield, one fought for peace while the other wanted violence.
