Second chance

Luna Jasmine Knight is the second youngest of her siblings, yet she carries the deepest scars. At sixteen, she's learned how to smile through pain and hide her emotions so her family never has to worry. Sweet, kind, and invisible to most of her peers, Luna moves through high school unnoticed-just another quiet girl in the background.

Josh Matthew Freeman was once her best friend. Now he's the captain of the basketball team, drowning in guilt and shame over a past he can't forgive himself for. He keeps his distance from Luna and buries his anger in his family's business, determined to never let his guard down again.

When fate forces them back into each other's lives, old memories resurface and walls begin to crack. Can Luna break through the barriers Josh built to protect himself? Will Josh face the mistakes that tore them apart? And when friendship starts to turn into something more, will they risk their hearts for a second chance?

Looks like you'll just have to wait and see.
