Small Steps (BNHA Fanfic)

I believed that there was good in everyone, that even the worst of villains had a heart of gold instead of what my teachers had taught me.
All my life I saw Villains from big to small be ridiculed by a society that made them the way they were, they weren't satisfied with themselves because of what their peers say about them and their quirks.
All of that was going to change.

I applied to UA with good intentions on making the first of its kind, a rehabilitation for Villains; although I've been told many times it was impossible.

But it never hurt to try in small baby steps
