In Aelburn when kids graduate from the local high school they don't go to college. They go to a training school. There they split off into two groups; Pieces and Players. A Piece and a Player are chosen to be partners forever and fight the monsters that live in the forest that surrounds the town. Alessia a new graduate is ready to take revenge for her mother and fight the evil lurking in the woods but she never knew that her life would soon take a turn for the unexpected.
