Those considered abnormal possess any sort of birthmark. They are thrust into prison once it is discovered, as each year a birthmark check occurs.
Terra Bracken has had clear skin her whole life until her fifteen year old checkup- when its discovered she has a flower shaped mark on her left shoulder. Forced into a prison full of eccentric people, a crazed murderer, and monsters to fight, Terra has to learn to blend in... or die.
