He leans down close to me and drags the knife lightly across my cheek, teasing me.
At this point my breathing is rapid and shallow and I am barely conscious.
He pierces the skin with the tip of the knife and I somehow get the energy to snap open my eyes and scream.
Normal teenage girls shouldn't have to deal with drunken fathers and bullying. Ashleigh has to bear it every day. How long can she cope with the abuse before everything comes crashing down?
