Y/N used to be just your average house cat. She used to be oblivious to anything beyond where the quietest place to sleep was and when her owners would be home. She was used to having the easy life. She was used to worrying about what she'd have for dinner, and that was all. Y/N was used to living on Earth.

Now however, she's millions of light years away, trapped in a place where friends are little and enemies are everywhere. Alone. Shortly after she was kidnapped, Y/N was mutated into a Galra/Cat hybrid, and is now tasked with the job of keeping the Prince in line. Y/N knows she has to follow all orders given to her by her new superiors; she also knows that if anything were to happen to their Prince, then it would be her head. However, how does one protect someone who clearly hates you? Also, how are you supposed to blindly trust someone who won't tell you what the goal is in the long run?

For now, Y/N keeps her head down. Completes her job. Listens to the witch in her head. Silently hoping that if she obeys for long enough, then maybe she can find a way back to Earth.

But what happens when the person she's supposed to be protecting switches the roles? How will she cope without the one she's come to need? What will she do when a certain hybrid prince confesses his feelings towards her?
