I had trouble sleeping that night. I was conflicted. Why would someone be hunting in woods with no game? My mind was telling me not to go back. "Someone was out to get you, why would you go back? You're smarter than that. You were in a clearing; they clearly saw that you were a person and not an animal. Stupid. You're stupid," it said. My curiosity said otherwise. The story was mostly imporvised, and I don't like how it's turned out.
