A Scandal In Belgravia (Sherlock Holmes X OC)
A royal scandal brings Sherlock Holmes into a tough duel of wits against a peculiar woman. Now that Sherlock has started to understand his feelings towards his best friend, Anita O'Malley, what will he do? Even if he were to confess everything, how would Anita react? So many questions that Sherlock does not have the answer to. Started: 6-2-2021 Finished: 7-21-2021 -All characters belong to the BBC, excluding Anita O'Malley and any other characters I mention. Rules on the Fridge [A BBC Sherlock Holmes Fanfiction] (Completed)
♪ First Names are for Lovers ♪ Sherlock Holmes and John Watson, living in a dated, shared flat with bullet holes in the wall, a skull on the mantle, and an absolutely catastrophic kitchen. It wasn't hard to get along, usually. John could handle Sherlock's bluntness and absolute disregard - or lack of knowledge - for people's feelings or sentiment. And Sherlock could handle John's questions about everything he said. John Watson: An army doctor, stationed in Afghanistan, shot in the leg, put out of commission. Psychosomatic limp; magically gone when he went on a case with Sherlock. Sherlock Holmes: High-functioning sociopath, and the only Consulting Detective in the world. He could read people, he could see crimes in the crime-scene; he could win. ♫ ♫ ♫ Sherlock Holmes went off the rails. He did an experiment that got him hospitalized after John found him on the scene. Lines were crossed. Rules were made. Everything was on the line - concentration on cases slowly dwindled, priorities were mixed, and absolutely everything was spinning. ♫ ♫ ♫ Good habits, bad habits, and everything in between. You have good habits, sure, and they have to be balanced out with bad habits. For most people, that's taking your vitamins every day crossed with cracking your knuckles. For Sherlock Holmes that was catching criminals and putting his life at serious risk every time. ♫ ♫ ♫

" Where are you? " It seemed as though John was talking to no one. Just a man in the middle of the streets yelling like a mad man. Such a great sight. " I've watched you since you were born but it's obvious that you haven't fully grasped that you cannot see me unless I want you to see me. For someone that has a college degree I would expect more from you. " John scoffed at the deep baritone voice insulting him. " For someone that has supposedly watched me my whole life, I would have assumed that you would have some type of sympathy for me. Besides, I've seen you before. You just choose to hide. " " I'm only like this because I know that you can handle it. You've dealt with me for this long and I'm hiding from you to save you. " He was right. John have dealt with him for a long time. But he was tired of not knowing who he truly was. The voice knew everything about John while John knew nothing about him. " Can you at least tell me your real name, S? " The nickname sent shivers down John's spine since he hadn't called the voice that in years. " Wow, you do remember. But the name is Sherlock Holmes. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go back to being unknown. " John felt a gust of wind hit him which signaled that Sherlock had once again vanished to who knows where. John's guardian angel sure was a charmer. Always knew how to get them. John could say this though. Sherlock Holmes was one angel that intrigued him in ways he didn't know were possible. But he liked it. - In which a guy named John has a guardian angel named Sherlock follow him around for practically his whole life who will help him reach his life goal that everyone needs to complete. Everything you are, everything you told yourself that you weren't, he owns, and he plays you like an out-of-tune violin. Does that mean that John's going to let him steal his heart?
