Phantom Quartz were among the rarest and most intelligent of Homeworld's elites. handcrafted by White Diamond herself as her personal tacticians, advisors, and enforcers. Unlike other Quartz soldiers, they were not bred for brute strength but for superior strategy, logic, and precision.
