"Tony please! I didn't mean to do it. You're hurting me!" "Fuck you! You walkin' around here disrespecting me, like you're better than me." I laid on the floor trying to protect my face from his punches and my growing belly from his kicks. It felt like the assault went on for hours. I just closed my eyes, and hoped he stopped. I heard the door slam, and I sighed in pure relief. Autumn never thought she would be one of THOSE girls. You know the girls who get abused by their boyfriends. She surly didn't believe she would be so stupid to believe that it was just a one time thing and that it never happen again. But she WAS that girl. Everyday she deal with the memories of those dark days, all the while trying to get her life back. She declared off men and threw herself into work. But then in came Jamir. A young, smooth talking guy who just seems to good to be true. However, he too comes with his dark days.
