Liz is the head of an organisation that specialises in keeping vampires a secret and keeping them in check. There is just 2 rules they need to follow:
1. Don't revel yourself to humans
2. Don't kill humans
Just 2 rules many of them ignore. One vampire in particular might just start a war that ends up killing hundreds.
Many secrets are kept under his charming demeanour and it will turn out Liz and him are more connected then she would ever like to believe
