Six years ago, Rey Adams thought she had finally life figured out. Having broken away from her past, her life is irrevocably altered when she meets, a man who is the first person to treat her with kindness and respect. Six years later they're engaged to be married. That is until a week before their nuptials a tragic accident once more changes Rey's life in ways she never expected. How does one pick up the pieces when the one person you thought you'd spend forever with is gone and not coming back? How does one deal with the pain especially in light of uncovered secrets that reveal you didn't really know that loved one at all? Amidst the wreckage her grief over the death of her fiancé and the secrets he left behind Rey begins to find herself and begins falling for the one person she never expected - her lost love's childhood best friend - Ben Solo.
