Elsa can't help feeling lost and alone. With cerulean eyes and freakish white hair that can't be changed or destroyed, Elsa has always stood out. And after growing up in foster care, she longs for some understanding of where she came from and who she is.

Her search for answers uncovers just one message from her long dead mother: Run. Elsa can sense that someone, or something, is getting too close. But it's impossible to protect herself when she doesn't know what she's running from or why she is pursued.

She knows only one thing: She must return to her birthplace of in Burgess. Upon arriving, she discovers in Burgess things are..... very different. Here, Elsa is seemingly normal. But every creature she encounters, no matter how deadly or horrifying, is afraid of her

Elsa won't stop until she knows why. But some truths are too haunting, too terrifying to ever be revealed.

Pitch stood beside Elsa's bed, his mouth twisted in a sinister smile as he watched the golden sand moving above Elsa's forehead, forming images of young Elsa and young Anna sitting in their mother's lap, while their father watched from behind. He tapped the sand lightly with a pale, crooked finger and almost immediately, the golden sand turned black, forming different images... Pitch stood by, staring at the sleeping Elsa through his cold, hard eyes and murmuring, "Soon...my icy princess...soon...my nightmare has just begun..." Pitch turned in a flourish and disappeared in a whirlwind of black sand... --- Things finally seem to be settling down a month after the whole 'eternal winter' incident. People have begun to accept Elsa as their new queen. Anna's going to have her wedding with Kristoff soon. Everyone's excited, it's going to be a grand party and ball and the city is already in celebration. The sisters finally seemed to have patched things up between them. Elsa seems to be in control of her powers and handling her duties well. Things are going perfectly. Or, are they? 10 years. It's been 10 years since Jack helped defeat Pitch Black. He has his own house now and things are going great! But what happens when mysterious things start happening and the ever precious time globe gets stolen? Is Pitch back and how? What are the guardians going to do? And what about Hans? Sent back to Southern Isles and going to spend his entire life in the inside of a cell. Why did he do what he did? Was it as simple as greed and thirst for power?

(UNDER EDITING! AVOID READING!) As the eldest princess of Arendelle, heir to the throne, and obtaining special ice powers, Elsa carries plenty of stress on her shoulders. While preparing to become queen, what did she do in those thirteen years of isolation? What's her side of the story? When she meets Jack Frost as a child and grows up with him around, she finds that she is falling for him. The unexpected begins to take place as they grow closer. How will Elsa be able to tell Anna and the kingdom about this Frost boy? And what will a certain Nightmare King have to do with Jack and Elsa's relationship? Their fate shall unfold here. This fanfic was written in one of my notebooks in seventh grade, back when I was obsessed with this ship. I do not own Frozen, Rise of the Guardians, or any of the artwork.
