High school au of Supernatural featuring all the characters you know and love. Spoilers for Supernatural. There are references to and spoilers for every season including season 13. (The trope is so cliche but I hope this story isn't.)
The Winchester family moved out of Lawrence, Kansas thirteen years ago after the mysterious fire that killed Mary Winchester, Sam and Dean Winchester's mother.
In Lawrence there is a family known by all. The Novaks. They are wealthy and powerful and most of the Novak children hate it.
When the Winchester's move back to town, how will the town react? What will happen?

The hero rewriting
This story is about Dean Winchester saving people. I got this idea from a dream. Dean was put in the job to save people after his mom died. Just his dad knows that he is the hero. he starts losing everyone else as the job filds his life more and more. Sam hates him because he feels like Dean doesn't care about him. Cas is also distant. Dean has always had a big crush on Cas. But he believes Cas couldn't like him anyway, at least not now. his life is getting more misreabale by the time that passes. he just wants everything to end. this is a rewriting of the original but its so much better and has more stuff so its so worth reading:)Concluida

Dean shows Castiel a new life, a reason to keep on fighting the fight, and the two soon realize just how much they need each other. "have you tried turning it off and on again?" Cas and Dean. Dean and Cas. You would never see one without the other. The Winchester boys had lived next door to Novaks for as long as anyone in the sleepy little town could remember. Cas and Dean were always best friends, joined at the hip was an understatement. It wasn't until they got into high school, they finally acted upon their feelings of intense love for each other. Inseparable, utterly, stupidly and madly in love. They were both shattered, but their broken edges fit together perfectly. Both suffering from abusive households, both with a brother that they'd die for. Meant for each other. Until that fateful day, when Cas woke up on their 2 and 1/2 year anniversary, after the best night of his life, and found Dean gone, no note, and his place on the bed cold. Our story takes place 6 years later, when the Winchesters are back in town for college, and the Novaks never left. It's time for this sleepy town to be reawakened. Dean and Cas are 23, Sam is 22, Gabe is 24 Deans also more like his early season self, y'know when he was still vaguely in touch with his emotions (PSA: Trigger warnings will be at the top of each chapter if needed, stay safe my silver nuggets. Please. Nothing graphic, just description from what my personal experience with all of it has been. Also, time is a weird thing in this book, it doesn't quite make sense. The Winter Storm (Destiel AU)
When Winter Graham moves to South Dakota with Sam, Dean, and Bobby, she finds out her distant friends aren't all that they seem. They're hunters of the supernatural, and now she is too. The brothers are stationary, staying at Bobby's, which means they have to go to high school. In Math class, Winter notices Dean has a particular interest in a guy named Castiel Novak, so she takes matters into her own hands, juggling hunting, homework, and a relationship that isn't even her own. Things work out just fine until an awry incident causes Dean and Cas to go missing after school one day. Soon after, a life-threatening trade may just cause Winter her life, but maybe it's worth it. This story involves Teen!Cas and Teen!Dean, so I suppose you could call it a high-school AU. The story is under major construction, so some parts are going to be a little jagged until i can go back and edit them. It's non-slash, but more on the fluffy side. Dean couldn't help but feel an ache in his chest every time he sees him, but he had no clue why. Castiel Novak only had two years of school left before he could finally escape the hell that is Sioux Falls High School. Every since he moved here he's had a hard time making friends. After all, being gay wasn't a good thing to be at his school. He would constantly get mentally and emotionally abused by his classmates. Two more years, he kept telling himself, and then he would graduate and get a degree in fine arts. When the new English teacher, Mr. Winchester, shows up Castiel immediately takes interest. Maybe, it was his gorgeous Emerald green eyes, or his ashy blonde hair that was always spiked up perfectly. Whatever it was, Castiel knew he would like this new teacher.
