I got up from sitting beside her, my hands in my pocket.
I didn't look at her when I spoke. I really hated what I was about to agree to.
"I'd do it Mom. But only because of you. Because you and I do need the money. But about me and her being friends..... Its not going to happen Mom. I can guarantee that" I finally looked at her and she was smiling, a real smile.
