Where am I? What happened?

I woke up in a cold dark room as the pain all over my body overwhelmed me. As I was trying to get up, a figure pushed me against the floor and pinned me down. He was muttering gibberish and I could also hear a few indistinct noises from outside the dark room. My eyes adjusted to the darkness and then I saw what looked like  a crazy man.

But something far more dangerous lurked outside the room, something worse than the crazy person that's pinning me down...
