Korra Moore, a mysterious girl with an even more mysterious past. Forced to work for the United Federation, force to kill the innocence and forced to be a monster. But enough was enough. Korra's older brother, Tanner Moore helps her escape from those who were using her as a weapon and run into those of the Gekkostate. Tanner pleads with their leader Holland Novak and Talho Yūki to help in, not protecting him, but protecting Korra.

At first Holland wants nothing to do with the two strangers, but when Eureka says that they have to stay and that it's important that they do, Holland gives in. Now Korra and Tanner are members of the Gekkostate and are fighting against the United Federation, and while spending time with those of the Gekkostate, Korra gets to know one member in particular.
